Music Sessions at the Bankfoot Inn

The Bankfoot Inn hosts open musician sessions every Wednesday evening. Sessions are informal gatherings of musicians, there's no agenda to what's played. Some may play traditional Scottish folk music, others may perform their own material.

Why not spend an evening in relaxed company listening to music and song. Musicians take it in turns to play, sing, tell ballads, or whatever else takes their fancy.

In the colder months, cosy sessions are held by the fireside.

Why not come along and have a listen (or join in). If you play an instrument, feel free to bring it along.

Music kicks off around 9pm (or a wee bit later)

Whilst there is usually a session most weeks, by their nature, they're impromptu 'events' that come with no guarantee. If you are coming along, you might want to call and confirm what's happening that night.
