Traditional 18th century Scottish Inn set in the heart of Perthshire

We are a small, family-run hotel located in the scenic village of Bankfoot, just between Dunkeld and Perth. Ideally placed as a base for weekend breaks, short breaks and longer stays, allowing you a convenient base to spend your time exploring Perthshire.

Our village is just 45 miles from Glasgow and Edinburgh airports. We are close to Perth and the towns of Kenmore, Aberfeldy and Blair Atholl. We are also close to Pitlochry and the Pitlochry Festival Theatre. For those visitors keen on sampling Scotlands malt whiskies, the famous Speyside region with its many famous distilleries is a short drive.

Accommodation is spread across six comfortable rooms. Downstairs, we have two bars and our restaurant. The Bankfoot Inn offers a great atmosphere set in a real Scottish country inn serving fresh, home cooked food.

We host live music at the end of each month and there is a weekly folk session every Wednesday evening (open for anyone to join in).

Our hotel is open all year round. We cater for all interests and welcome fishers, shooters, hikers, bikers and cyclists. We are Dog Friendly and dogs are also permitted overnight.
